Those who have the following Coronavirus related symptoms should stay home:
1. a fever above 37.5 C; 2. breathing problems; 3. coughing; 4. those who have traveled outside the country
in the last 14 days; 5. those who have had contact with a person with Coronavirus; 6. those who have had contact
with a person who traveled internationally and has a breathing problem.
Each person (family) is asked to print out the form from our web-site bellow fill it out, sign it and bring it with you when you come to the church.
On Sunday there will be volunteers at the entrance of the church, who will receive your form. Anyone without filled out form will be asked about their health. Everyone will enter through the LEFT side main door and go out through the OTHER side door.
You will be asked to sit in a designated place. (Church will be sanitized after every service).
There will be no prayer books in church so you could bring your own and take it back with you. It is recommended that all present in church wear masks for their protection and that of others. People from the same household are asked to sit together. People from different households must practice the 2-meter distancing.

Attendance at all Church services will be restricted to a maximum of 10 attendees in total, indoors or outdoors, starting Monday.
The indoor and outdoor limits cannot be combined to allow more than 10.
Cemeteries will also be restricted to the 10 maximum for funeral services.
Therefore the permitted maximum in St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church, as of Monday, April 19, will be at 10 members.
Masks are mandatory. Physical distancing and all previous guidelines will be adhered to.
Guidelines are constantly changing, therefore read all memos and inform other parishioners, friends and families who may not be aware of the most current information.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Health officials have indicated that masks must be worn at ALL TIMES in public places – indoors and outdoors. A MASK IS MANDATORY in church and around church property - even if you are wearing a PLASTIC SHIELD and even if you feel you have a valid reason. Out of concern for your health and the health of others we respectfully request “DO NOT REMOVE YOUR MASK IN CHURCH DURING DIVINE LITURGY.”
